COOKERY MASTERCLASSES

From October 2010 Andrew will be hosting "Cookery Master Classes"
here at Andrews On The Weir.
To start these will be held on the second Wednesday of the month.
Andrew will be demonstrating different skills each month.
Perfect Stocks, Sauces and Soups
Meat Preparation and cooking
Fish Preparation and cooking
Vegetable and Potato
Pastry and Desserts
These are some of the exciting "Master Classes" to look
forward to.
There will be two options available for these special classes,
Daily Rate or with Over Night Stay and Dinner.
OCTOBER; Meat, Game and Poultry.
NOVEMBER; Fish and Shellfish.
DECEMBER; The Perfect Christmas, Party Food, Canapes, and Chrsitmas
Lunch.
