Somerset Ham Hock

Pressed terrine with foie gras, peas pudding, cider syrup, toasted stottie bread.

Local Sea Bass

With crab couscous and shellfish veloute.

Exmoor Wild Mushrooms

Risotto with poached Luccombe quail eggs, black truffle and parmesan.

Cornish Scallops

Seared with raw fennel salad, sauce vierge and herb oil.

As our produce is purchased fresh daily, Please be understanding if certain dishes are not available.

 

Main Courses:

Exmoor Lamb

Braised for eight hours, with potato and swede gratin, white onion puree, haggis,roast sweetbreads and braising juices.

Devon Duck

Spiced roast breast, apple puree, beetroot, salsify, confit potato, button onions and thyme.

Cornish Brill

Roasted, ratte potatoes, butternut squash, Pancetta, oyster musrooms and red wine sauce.

Devon Ruby Beef

Rump with brasied oxtail, creamed parsnips, roesti potato, crispy tongue, capers and parsley.


Tables of 7 or more will automatically receive a 10% cover charge added to the final bill.
